Taste: This kimoto (生酛) style sake has a clean flavor. We recommend enjoying it lukewarm from August (month of bottling) until November. After aging the bottle for more than 3 months (i.e. after November) we recommend enjoying it hot. The flavor is robust when the bottle is freshly opened, but the sake maintains it’s great taste until the last drop.
